Early Registration starts on September 30, 2023 and ends on March 30, 2024

Registration shall not include accommodation or travel to the conference. Participants will book hotels recommended by on the page for Venue.

At the Pre-conference, you will have an opportunity to participate in two workshops on June 4.

The ICED 2024 Conference is a hybrid conference for those within the East African Time Zone, and all keynotes plus three papers in each of the seven timeslots  will be available online.
For those  in different time,  we shall explore purely online sessions to participate  fully in the workshop within convenient timelines. 

You will have synchronous access to three Virtual Touch Point meetings, which will be held on Zoom, where you can meet and discuss conference proceedings with fellow delegates. The virtual sessions will be hosted by an ICED conference organizer and supported by a Padlet (an online whiteboard) for you to post comments, and add recommendations for readings, events, contacts etc.
